I got out to the studio for the first time in several weeks, and made a few more bellflowers. For those who aren't aware, I just finished up a class to become a Certified Fitness Trainer, so that's been taking up the vast majority of my time lately. I have a nutrition class to take next, but am hoping to squeeze some torching time in too.
Oh, hello there!
I apologize that I've been so neglectful. I haven't been melting glass as often as I'd like, therefore I haven't had many updates. I would like to share that some of my electroformed beads are in the current issue of Soda Lime Times, an e-magazine dedicated to lampworking. You can get more information on the magazine here. It's full of great information for glass artists!
New Tools
I'm currently without electricity to my studio, so while I wait to get that fixed, I'll share some awesome glass tools with you. The top tool is the one I used to make the bellflowers I've posted. The other two are also used to make bellflowers, but with a different number of petals and slightly smaller. I haven't had a chance to use those yet, and I can't wait. I have glass flowers on the brain!
